The context:In early 2023, the FBIA (Fédération Belge d'Improvisation Amateur) contacted us to redesign their website. The site hadn't been redesigned in years and an out-of-date CMS prevented the staff from keeping it as active as they would have liked. The site also had speed issues and, above all, major SEO problems.
Fastlane rose to the challenge, creating a dynamic, blazing fast and user-friendly website. We brought out and revisited the FBIA's visual identity through the different pages, and even integrated a ticket selling system (which was previosuly using a third-arty application).
Our approach: First, we made a mock-up of the future site, to gather feedback and improve it so that it would appeal to FBIA. We focused on the expected user journeys and how to make the site as user-friendly and informative as possible. The site has a strong dynamism, in line with what FBIA represents, and is very readable and easy to access. Secondly, we went back to the drawing board to develop a tailor-made SEO strategy for FBIA, with the aim of generating much more qualified traffic.
