A great Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is essential for companies to attract talent in these challenging times. Conscious of this challenge, Solvay recently approached Fastlane to reevaluate and revamp its Careers web pages. We began our work with a full, analytics-backed audit of the current website along with a competitive benchmarking. We then issued recommendations and started working on a new set of pages.
The new Careers section is now live and features new pages focusing on EVP, a more user-oriented content and tone of voice, and a set of stories in which Solvay employees get to talk about their experience working on a major Solvay project. The stories have been built to inspire potential candidates looking for new career opportunities.
