TAIEX is the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission. Its goal: supporting public administrations anywhere in the world when they require access to EU expertise on a topics ranging from environment to food safety, fundamental rights and the free movement of goods.

2020 was a special year for TAIEX: Most of its activities had to be organised online because of COVID-19, and it was the mechanism's 25th anniversary. The European Commission wanted to seize this occasion with a special annual report, with more content and a more inspired layout.

Fastlane designed the new report and provided translation services for its content, from English to French and German.
